Emergent Truth Bottle Release

EmergentTruth

This Thursday July 25th we’ll be releasing the first beer from our mixed fermentation program, Emergent Truth, a Brett Saison that has been in the works for nearly 7 months. This beer began it’s perpetual journey by being aged in stainless with our house brett and then bottle/keg conditioned for 3 months. The result is a dry, fruity and earthy Saison with a lightly tart finish courtesy of the brett. Some of you might be wondering, “What exactly is brett?” Brett aka brettanomyces is “wild” strain of yeast that can do some really fun and funky things to beer such as add spice, funk, or fruitiness. We are super excited with how this beer turned out think you will be too. Don’t miss out — be here Thursday to get your first taste and take some bottles home!
