Suggested Serving Sizes: 1/4-1/2 lbs of meat per person and sides available in Quarts (4-6 servings), Regular (16-20 servings), and Large (32-40 servings)
Order Lead Time: 3 days for pick-up, 10 days for drop-off
Minimums: No minimum for pick-up, $400 minimum for drop-off
All orders come with plates, napkins, and utensils upon request. Serving spoons, tongs, and disposable chafing kits can be added to your order through the menus for an additional charge.
